Artwork Guidelines
Great production starts with a usable file, but you do not need to know every technical detail before contacting Timber & Thyme. Upload the original or highest-quality version available and include clear notes about the intended product and placement.
Preferred files
Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files with fonts outlined are preferred. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is often suitable for full-color processes. Avoid screenshots, images downloaded from social media, tiny JPEGs and files with unintended white backgrounds. Supported upload formats and file-size limits must match the product-options app Louise selects.
Color, size and placement
Tell us the intended location and approximate size. Final placement appears on the proof and may vary slightly by garment size, seams, pockets, zippers and normal production tolerances. Screens display color differently, and the product material and decoration method affect the finished result.
Artwork rights
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it. Timber & Thyme may request evidence of permission or decline work that cannot legally or practically be produced.
