How It Works

Custom ordering should feel clear. Here is what to expect whether you shop a product directly or ask for help with a business, school, team, fundraiser or event order.

1. Choose or describe your project

Select a product and available options online, or use the project form for mixed products, complex quantities or program orders. Product availability, colors, sizes and decoration choices vary by item.

2. Upload the best artwork you have

Vector artwork is preferred, and a high-resolution transparent PNG may work for many products. Timber & Thyme reviews the file and will explain if a better file, adjustment or separately approved art-prep service is needed.

3. Review and approve the proof

Check spelling, dates, colors, layout and placement carefully. Production does not begin until written approval and any other stated order requirements are complete. Screen colors are approximate; the proof primarily confirms content, scale and placement.

4. Production, quality check and fulfillment

Your current timing estimate is communicated after the order details are usable and the proof is approved. Supplier availability, revisions, quantity, complexity and seasonal workload can affect timing. Eligible orders can be picked up in Roscommon or shipped using available checkout options.
