Shipping policy

Shipping fees include a $2.00 handling fee, and non-custom items have a 7-10 business day processing time.

Custom Order Production timing is estimated, not guaranteed, until Timber & Thyme confirms the order.

Timing depends on receiving usable artwork, complete order details, required payment, written proof approval, product availability and current production capacity. Revisions, missing information, supplier delays, large quantities, complex decoration, seasonal volume and customer response time may extend the schedule.  

An event or needed-by date submitted with an order is a request for review, not an automatic commitment. Rush service is available only when specifically confirmed in writing; a validated fee may apply. 

Shipping transit time is separate from production time and is controlled by the carrier.
