Local Pickup & Shipping

Choose the available fulfillment option that works for your order. Eligible local customers can select Roscommon pickup, and supported products can ship nationwide. The choices shown at checkout depend on the products, destination and store configuration.

Local pickup

Select local pickup only when it appears at checkout. Wait for the pickup-ready notification before arriving. That message should include the verified pickup location, hours or appointment instructions, what to bring and how long completed orders will be held. Do not publish an address or pickup schedule until Louise confirms it.

Shipping

Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout using Louise’s tested Shopify settings. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Customers are responsible for a correct deliverable address. Tracking is provided when supported by the selected service. Large, unusual or multi-address orders may require assisted planning.
