Returns and Artwork Approval Policy

Because custom products are made to order, they are not returnable for preference, incorrect customer-entered size, approved spelling, approved artwork or approved placement. Timber & Thyme will correct items that materially differ from the approved proof or arrive with a verified production defect, subject to notice within the published window and reasonable photo/return documentation.

The customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, colors, layout, quantities, sizes and placement. Written approval authorizes production. Changes or cancellations after approval may be impossible and may require full payment. If Timber & Thyme identifies a production concern, it may pause the order and request a revised proof.
