Workshop Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our workshops as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for all participants.

Cancellations by Participants

• 7+ days before the workshop:
  Receive a full refund.
• 3–6 days before the workshop:
  Receive a 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of the workshop:
  No refunds will be issued.

Transfers & Credits

• You may transfer your spot to another person at any time before the workshop.
• Alternatively, you can apply your payment as credit toward a future workshop within 90 days.

Materials Fee

If materials have already been purchased for your spot, the cost of those materials will be deducted from any refund.

No-Shows

No refunds for no-shows. However, you may pick up your materials or request any available recorded content (if applicable).

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a workshop, you will receive:

• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future workshop, plus a 10% discount as a thank-you for your flexibility.

Weather & Emergencies

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, we will reschedule the workshop or provide a credit for a future date.
